Dear Graduates,
We are pleased to inform you that you may purchase or rent a graduation gown at the University Bookstore, located on the first floor of Building IV at The University of Georgia.
Please carefully review the following important information:
Eligibility Requirements
- You must have been officially awarded your academic degree.
- You must not have any outstanding financial obligations to the University.
- You must present a valid ID card or passport when purchasing or renting a gown.
Third-Party Pickup
Another person may purchase or rent a gown on your behalf, using your UG student code.
Payment Information
The gown fee must be paid on-site at the bookstore.
Prices:
- Purchase: 70 GEL
- Rental: 30 GEL
Availability
Gowns will be available from September 11 through September 22.
Hours of operation: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Please note the break times 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
QR Code for Entry
After purchasing or renting the gown, please check MY UG, where you will receive a QR code required for attending the graduation ceremony.
Note: The QR code will grant entry to both you and one guest.
